Today is the Day

I am off to Europe! I will be going everywhere and experiencing more life and culture than I am used to. I am excited! I may be MIA for the next month but will provide a plethora of photos when I get back. I leave a couple photos of myself at one of my favorite places and in one of my favorite pieces....

Now that finals are over and I don't have school to worry about (which is weird because I feel like I still have something to do....which actually is Europe stuff to do) I can go back to posting. So here are pictures as of late....

Whole wheat brown sugar banana pancakes with a vanilla maple glaze.....were absolutely delicious!! Recipe found here

A midday snack: sautéed zucchini topped with feta cheese 

 When I'm thirsty I drink a Snickers: Rogue Hazelnut Brown & Rogue Chocolate Stout....a really great combination!

This one makes me laugh too...my tri-colored foot from wearing Tom's, regular tennis shoes and ankle length pants. At different times, but has resulted to this.

In the land of great food, great beer and lots of walking!

I have been MIA due to extreme, intense procrastination because finals are rapidly approaching. 

Besides that nonsense, Chris and I made it up to Portland, Oregon for a long weekend last week. It was lovely, beautiful and so much fun being able to spend so much time together because of our hectic 'real life' schedules. Anyway, besides my bragging I actually have pictures to prove we were there!

Little Gems

Stressing over what to wear in Europe is an understatement! But I have found a few things I can call true love...and will last me a lot of comfort and color (a tan, atleast) while I am there!
